If within 24 hours from the booking you find a lower Internet price comply with “Terms and Conditions”, please send us the requested data by email, for the Best price Guaranteed Request, enclosing (push button Stamp and then paste) the image of the screen where the low price is shown.

• We will careful value your signal and within 2 working days you’ll receive an answer.
• If your signal will be granted, the Hotel Palatino will send you by email a confirmation of your new reservation, with the new price, equal to the best price + the discount of 10% on it, replacing this way, the earlier reservation.
• If your request won’t be granted, the Hotel Palatino will send you an email indicating the reasons of a negative answer.

Terms and conditions
The customer will have a confirmed reservation booked on http://www.hotelpalatino.com.
The rate found into others web sites has to respect the following conditions:

• Same kind of hotel;
• Same typology of room and kind of bed;
• Same date and time of stay;
• Same cancellation policy, payment, modifies, restriction and sale;
• Same number of guests;
